Nous avons le plaisir de recevoir Karelle Ménine à l’occasion de la
parution de son ouvrage aux éditions MêtisPresses en avril 2022.

Lors d’une résidence de recherche au CREPA à Sembrancher, l’historienne
Karelle Ménine découvre un ensemble de cahiers d’écolier remplis par un
certain Maurice Gabbud, jeune berger devenu par la suite un journaliste
reconnu et un pionnier de la dialectologie romande. Analysant leur contenu, elle
le relie à l’histoire, à l’art et à la littérature, retraçant l’ouverture au monde d’un
adolescent autodidacte.
